If you’re interested in becoming a member of Evolution, begin by joining us on our weekly group rides and asking a team member to invite you to our community Discord server. Once you’ve gotten to know us, the requirements to join the team are: paying yearly dues, purchasing team kit, and attending at least four Evolution group rides per month during the riding season. We are both very welcoming of new members and also invested in maintaining a community of riders who all know one another and ride together regularly.

When on an Evolution group ride we expect you to ride safely, be sociable, and follow the conventions of our group rides (if you’re not sure, just ask). For safety, helmets are required, earbuds prohibited, and aero bars discouraged. While we won’t judge whatever gear you show up with, road bikes with clipless pedals are highly recommended (except for specified gravel rides).
